District fiscal officer:
Accounting, accounts payable, budget, cash receipts, payroll,employee benefits, grants ; contracts, banking, purchasing, risk management.
School board and administrative support:
School board meetings agendas/minutes, levy preparation/analysis/documentation, district policy and procedure support, communication.
Student records:
Enrollment, attendance reporting, registration, special education support, safety.
Technology and state online data reporting:
Manage data inputs into OSPI's various programs.
Instructional support:
Maintain educator records, staff/substitute communication, maintain learning resources.
Facilities:
Safety, building use agreements, small works roster, inventory, surplus.
